What is your new patient procedure?
Please complete a patient detail form which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. If you have any questions, give our friendly reception team a call on 06-7581529
What types of Health Insurance do you accept?
We are a Southern Cross Easy Claim provider. Simply bring in your membership card and we can process your claim at the time of your appointment.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. We are an ACC registered Clinic and can treat patients on their current ACC claims & submit new claims. If you have a current ACC, don't forget to bring the number with you.
