Service Description

Join us at Bodylogic for our Mums & Bubs Pilates class, designed specifically for mothers and their babies. This class is a wonderful way to regain strength and flexibility after childbirth, all while bonding with your baby and connecting with other new mums. Our instructor Aliesha will guide you through a safe and effective workout that caters to the needs of postpartum bodies. Come and join our supportive community at Bodylogic. The class will help you gain some knowledge and understanding about your postpartum body through safe and effective Pilates exercises as well as have lots of fun with your baby and some relaxation too! Over the course different aspects of Pilates will be explored: Stretching to help strengthen and tone the post-natal body. The use of breath encourages deep relaxation and increases energy levels. Postpartum care – How to reconnect with and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Keep in mind that we have all different bodies, abilities, postpartum recoveries, and experiences in this class. I keep the class postpartum appropriate and gentle for this reason. No previous Pilates experience is necessary
