Experience a safe and effective prenatal Pilates class at Bodylogic. Our program is specifically designed to help pregnant women strengthen their core, improve flexibility, and prepare for childbirth. Our instructor Aliesha will guide you through a series of exercises to help you stay fit and healthy during pregnancy. Get ready for a positive and empowering experience for you and your baby. Pilates is a great form of exercise during pregnancy. The classes are low impact, kind on the joints and muscles and the exercises are safe for all stages of pregnancy. The aim of this class is to help strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups that become weakened or tight due to the changes occurring in the body. Prenatal Pilates not only helps prepares you for birth but helps with the physical job of having a newborn. Some of the other great benefits of Pilates during pregnancy are -Increased energy, greater muscle tone, strength, and endurance, Increased stability, improved sleep and posture, less backache.
