ACC provides comprehensive, no-fault personal injury cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors to New Zealand. This means you can apply for help, no matter how you got injured, or whose fault it was. Help can include a wide range of services from payment towards treatment, to help around the home while you get better, and assistance with your income if you can’t work because of your injury.
At Bodylogic, your practitioners are ACC registered which means if you have a new injury, ACC is likely to subsidise your treatment. If you have a recent injury you can come into Bodylogic as your first point of call and we can assess, diagnose and process an ACC claim for you. The claim may take approximately 7 days to be processed and accepted/declined. If your claim is accepted it means ACC are happy to assist you in your recovery. The amount of treatments available for your injury depends on the location and extent of the injury. Generally, you will not require all your treatment allocation.
Please note that although our Acupuncturist is ACC registered, if you have a new ACC injury that you have not yet submitted a claim for, you'll need to do this with one of our Osteopaths or Physiotherapists first.
